Maintenance Cooperative is a full range janitorial and maintenance company. We have cleaned movie theaters 365 days per year for over 32 years! We have been trained (“hands-on” and in theory) by one of the largest chemical manufacturers in the country.

IICRCWe are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) .

We carry a one million dollar general liability policy on all work we perform.

The services listed are those that we regularly provide to our clients. Any other services related to commercial building maintenance can be accomplished through our network of trusted subcontractors. We can supervise and bill customers for specialized jobs, or we will gladly share our contacts with trusted specialty contractors should our customers desire to negotiate and supervise specialty jobs themselves.
