Maintenance Cooperative is a certified IICRC firm. Our training plan ensures that our theater cleaners know how to use chemicals efficiently; we save customers money on chemical use. Our hard-working janitorial staff are trained correctly and know how to get the job done right.

We carry a two million dollar general liability policy. We have faith that we will win your respect enough that you will never worry about us having a key or access to any part of your facility.

We make communication easy for you. We want to be accessible and responsive to your needs.  Our staff are fluent in English (We guarantee that all staff are US citizens). Your theater manager will have the cell phone number of the president!
